Refund & Exchange Policy For ELIBAS

Thank you for shopping at ELIBAS. We want you to have a great experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return, Exchange, and Refund policy carefully:
1. Return Period
You can initiate a return within 3 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused.
- All tags and accessories must be included.
- A clear photograph or video of the received product and outer packaging must be shared with us within 3 days of delivery.
- The photos should clearly show: All sides of the product and any visible issue (e.g., damage, stain, missing item).
- Claims without photo or unpacking uncut video proof may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Charges
If the reason for return is simply because the customer doesn’t like the product:
- Both forward and reverse delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Exchange Policy (For Damaged or Missing Items)
If you receive a wrong, damaged (including torn), or incomplete product:

- Share clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.
If the issue is verified:
- We will arrange a free exchange.
- If an exchange is not available, a full refund will be issued.
- We may ask you to return the incorrect/damaged product in its original condition with packaging and tags intact for inspection by our team.
If the returned product is found to differ from the photos or does not meet return conditions (e.g., used, tags missing), no exchange or refund will be provided.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method after deducting applicable charges.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5 to 7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Actual refund credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchange Policy
You may exchange the product within 3 days of delivery, for:
- The same product in a different size or color (subject to availability).
To be eligible:
- The product must meet the return conditions listed above.
- The customer will bear the pickup and re-shipping charges.
To initiate an exchange:

8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped:
- If cancelled before dispatch and already paid, refund will be processed in full to original payment method.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
9. Note
No return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted after 3 days from the delivery date under any circumstances.
