What is your return policy ?

You can initiate a return within 3 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Customers must share clear photographs of the product and outer packaging showing any issues.

How can I return a product ?

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

  • Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear product and packaging photographs.

Are there any charges for returns ?

If the return reason is that you simply did not like the product, both forward and reverse delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Can I exchange a product ?

Yes, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
Exchange requests for size or color will require pickup and re-shipping charges to be borne by the customer.

What if the product is damaged or missing items ?

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or incomplete product, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a free exchange or issue a full refund if exchange is not possible.

What is the refund process ?

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method after deducting applicable charges. Refunds usually take 5–7 working days after the product is returned and inspected.

Can I cancel my order ?

You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped. If the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
