Welcome to ELIBAS. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.elibas.in and any transactions made through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

Products & Services

ELIBAS offers women’s suits for online purchase across India. All products are displayed with accurate descriptions, sizes, and visuals to the best of our ability.

Order Placement & Payment

We offer online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) options.
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment or COD selection.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, technical issues, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days across India.
Metro Cities: Usually within 3 days
Other Regions: 5–7 days
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return, Exchange & Refund

Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. An uncut opening video is mandatory. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after product approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are fully refunded. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
